We believe in providing our students with the highest quality training. To ensure fairness to both our students and our instructors, the following policy applies to courses and live training enrollments:
Full Refund:
A full refund is available if you cancel your enrollment before attending any classes or accessing any course materials.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course despite our best efforts to resolve them, a full refund may be considered at our discretion.
Partial Refund:
A partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you cancel your enrollment after attending some classes but before completing 10% of the scheduled sessions. The refund amount will be prorated based on the classes attended.
Refund eligibility ceases after attending more than 10% of scheduled sessions.
Non-Refundable:
No refunds will be issued after attending 10% or more of the scheduled classes.
If you have accessed or downloaded any course materials (videos, files, templates), refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be reduced depending on the extent of material used.
Failure to attend scheduled classes does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
Installment Payment Policies:
If you have opted for an installment payment plan and decide to discontinue the course or training program, you are responsible for paying any outstanding installments up to the point of cancellation.
If you discontinue the course after attending 30% or more of the scheduled sessions, you are not eligible for any refund of payments made, and you will not receive any further course materials or video lessons.
We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized project assistance. To ensure the integrity of our work and to fairly compensate our team for their time and effort, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to project assistance services:
Cancellation Prior to Agreement:
If you cancel your inquiry before agreeing to a project proposal, there are no charges.
Cancellation After Proposal Agreement & Initial Payment:
Once you agree to a project proposal, including project requirements, charges, and deliverables, and make the initial advanced payment, the project is officially initiated.
If you decide to stop the project at this stage, you are not eligible for any refund of the initial payment.
PIGSO LEARNING retains all rights to the project work completed up to that point and will not provide any files or materials related to the project.
Project Completion & Satisfaction:
We will work closely with you throughout the project to ensure your satisfaction.
If you have legitimate concerns regarding the quality or scope of our work, we will make reasonable efforts to address them.
